(a)an opportunity to follow the horse leased to the partnership;

(b)to share the partnership colours.

(2)Membership is effective for a full period of 12 months from whatever date the member joins.

(3)Upon completion of the first 12 month period, any member who decides to renew, will be entitled to a loyalty discount, to be agreed.

(4)Prize money won by the horse will be given to Thomas Dunn in exchange for the free lease of the horse to the club.

(5)Membership is primarily an entertainment. It is not an investment opportunity.

(6)If the member chooses not to renew at the end of the 12 months period, their membership shall expire. There is no commitment to remain a member after the 12 months period has expired. Members who pay by Direct Debit will have their membership automatically renewed at the end of the 12 months period. A renewal notification will be despatched to all Direct Debit payers to inform them of the new payment dates and amounts, giving them time to contact Alex Dunn to prevent renewal if they wish to do so.

(7)The membership fee shall include the provision of a regular correspondence. To further enhance the entertainment, additional free publications may also be posted from time to time.

(8)In view of the unpredictable nature of the industry, no specific guarantees can be made in any respect. For example; it is impossible to guarantee how many times a horse will run.

(9)When the club has a runner, Tom Dunn will endeavour to keep members up-to-date with trainer information regarding the winning chances of the horse and this information must not be conveyed by members to other people.

(10)All decisions relating to the horses, trainers, administration, and general management, shall be decided by Tom Dunn.

(11)Membership is for personal use only and cannot be utilised for any commercial purpose.

(12)Members must be aged 18 or over.

(13)It is understood by the Member;

(a)Full legal and equitable title to the horses referred to in paragraph above and all such other horses acquired by the partnership from time to time remains at all times with Tom Dunn.

(b)at no time does the Member have a legal or equitable interest in any one or more of the horses referred to above (or any share thereof); and

(c)all rights conferred to the Member by the Club are personal to the Member alone and may not under any circumstances whatsoever be gifted, bequeathed, sold, assigned, leased, form part of a loan, offered or granted as security to any third parties.

(14)Each original Member will pay in total £420 spread over twelve months, with £35 being paid monthly by direct debit. A discount totalling £20 will be offered to members who pay for a full year’s membership at the time of joining.

(15)The Member agrees to pay amounts owed to Alexandra Dunn Racing Ltd. Alexandra Dunn Racing LTD reserves the right to terminate membership of the Racing Club.

(16)Alex Dunn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
